Summary
We collect and use personal information to create your account, verify your identity, assess applications, service loans and protect the platform.
What we store
Your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, an ID reference, a residential address, your loan applications, loans, transactions, saved bank account details and notifications.
How passwords are handled
Passwords are never stored by the application. Authentication is handled by a managed identity service which stores only a salted cryptographic hash. Nobody — including administrators — can read your password.
Masking
ID numbers and bank account numbers are masked wherever they are displayed, in both the customer and administrator interfaces.
Who can see your data
You can see your own records. Administrators can see customer records in order to review applications, and every administrative decision is written to an immutable audit log recording who acted, when, and what changed.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising. Information is used only for account, application, loan servicing, security and legal purposes.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion where available.
Your choices
You can update your phone number and address from your profile at any time. Your name, date of birth and ID reference are locked after registration because they form part of the application record.
